 The
house lights fade....
The curtain rises.....
The spot light fires....
Did you do theater in high school or collage, or maybe
somewhere else? Ever miss those days. Or maybe you always wanted to and
didn't have the guts. Maybe you're just looking for some new drama in your
life.
Auditions for the second 2011-2012 Season will
be Wednesday Nov. 29 at 6:00 pm at the Runyon Theater.
The
performer will be expected to have memorized a monologue and/or 16 bars of an
upbeat song (A Cappella). Actors may
also be asked to read "cold" from an upcoming script.
They may also be asked to participate in improvisation,
movement exercises, or a dance audition. Not sure where you might fit
in.
Audition anyway. If you have a headshot and dramatic resume please bring it with you.
If
acting isn't your thing, how about work backstage. Stop by or call and
the technical
directors will be happy to talk to you.
Dates for
auditions for Rep productions will be posted on this page two weeks prior
to the date and also in the local
newspapers.
Call backs and specific project notices are posted on the call
board in the lobby of the Runyon theater.
